Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on most hearing aids and accessories purchased from USA Hearing Experts within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions
Condition of Items: Products must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and parts, and must be in unused or like-new condition.
Custom or Personalized Products: Hearing aids that are custom-programmed or personalized to fit your hearing profile may not be eligible for returns. Please contact our customer service team for more information.
Proof of Purchase: You must provide the original receipt or order confirmation as proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps
Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at support@usahearingexperts.com or call 4694324011 with your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This must be included with the returned item.
Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed as follows
Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Processing Time: It may take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 10-15% may apply to returned items unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Non-Returnable Items

- Custom or personalized hearing aids
- Items that are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Exchanges
If you need to exchange your product for a different model or size, please contact our customer service team. Exchanges must follow the same process as returns and are subject to product availability. Any price differences will be adjusted at the time of the exchange.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will provide instructions on how to return the product, and we will cover the shipping costs for defective items. You will be eligible for a replacement item at no additional charge.
Cancellations
